What we collect
Business contact information you give us on purpose: name, company, and work email through the contact form, plus whatever you write in a message field. Newsletter and Iron Count signups are handled by Substack under its own privacy terms. No sensitive personal data is requested anywhere on this site.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for (a sample, a reply, a working session) and to follow up about Kalibr products. We do not sell or rent contact information.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate. Analytics data is not joined to the contact information you submit.
Third parties
The newsletter runs on Substack and call booking runs on a scheduling provider; each processes your information under its own privacy policy when you use it. Form submissions route to Kalibr directly.
Cookies
Analytics and embedded services (Substack, booking) set cookies; the site sets none of its own beyond what those services require.
Retention and requests
We keep business contact records while they are useful for the purposes above. To see, correct, or delete yours, email ian@kalibrpartners.com. California residents may use the same address for CCPA requests, including do-not-sell (we do not sell personal information).
